St John's Hospice provides free care and support to people living with life-limiting illnesses and long-term conditions in the community of Central and North West London. Our reach extends to more than 3,000 patients and their families each year. Our patients face a range of conditions including cancer, heart disease, respiratory conditions, HIV and neurological conditions such as MS and Motor Neurone Disease. Our services include:
Through our wide range of services both on-site and in the community, our aim is to help patients maintain their independence for as long as possible.
It costs over £5million every year to keep our doors open, of which £1.7million must be fundraised. We rely heavily on voluntary donations to be able to offer our services to all those in need.
