The charity was set up in 2000 to fill a gap in the NHS by funding the provision of palliative care in the community hospitals. Currently day care is provided at Beccles Hospital and All Hallows Hospital, Ditchinghay.
Home care is also provided to give carers a break during the day. Night care is provided to allow carers a good night's sleep.
The charity relies on donations and fundraising for its income.
