Paul Sartori Foundation Provides specialised 'hands-on' home nursing care to those living with a life-limiting illness and aims to enable people to die at home if that is their preference. In addition to home nursing care the Hospice also provides bereavement support, complementary therapies, equipment loan and general information on services for people living with life limiting illnesses.
