Harbour Challenge has been operational since 1996 and became a registered charity in 2004.
We are a well established outdoor education centre that specialise in working with youth. We cater for a vast range of individuals, whether they come to us with school, family, part of a group, or even on their own.
We are able to offer a huge variety of activities including RYA sailing, powerboating, and BCU Kayaking, from taster sessions to fully accredited courses. We also provide taster sessions in all of the activities listed below:
- Sailing
- Kayaking
- Powerboating
- Windsurfing
- Raft-building
- Orienteering
- Archery
- Low ropes
With the Harbour literally on our doorstep and Brownsea Island at our finger tips, we have superb learning environments. Our professional team of RYA, BCU, GNAS qualified instructors ensure our participants enjoy the unique facilities, on and around Brownsea Island, to their full potential.
