Step One

Ensure you are registered or are in the process of registering with your Local Authority or Gambling Commision

Step Two

Complete and return the application form - to request a copy click here or to download a copy please click here.

Send the completed application form together with a copy of your lottery licence, if you have one, a clear copy of your logo in bmp or jpeg format either on CD or via email - info@unitylottery.co.uk

Please enclose a cheque made payable to Unity for £99 (Set up fee).

Step Three

Develop a promotional campaign. We will send you your personal starter pack containing promotional leaflets and posters. You can use this material to assist you in recruiting lottery members
