Colebrook works with individuals to ensure their support needs are met valuing equality and diversity and challenging discrimination.
The Promoting Independence Fund was set up with a legacy from a former client. It makes a difference to the lives of vulnerable people; supporting them to live more independently.
Here is what our beneficiaries have said: " I have been able to purchase a self propelled wheelchair. This has given me much more independence and made life easier and less stressful. It has helped me get out and about when I would have had to stay at home"
